Yoga Association USA is a non-profit organization. An apex body dedicated to the growth and advancement of Yogasana as a competitive sport. We are recognized by the General Council of India, USA. We are committed to maintaining the authenticity, integrity, and inclusivity of Yogasana as we progress in the modern sports arena.

Yoga for All Levels
Yoga for All Levels courses seek to empower individuals with classic Yoga tools and Self-knowledge to promote integral health, reduce stress, restore balance, and regain a sense of purpose in one’s life.

Yoga Teacher Training
Have a powerful, personal experience and learn to transmit the knowledge of Yoga to others. This is an internationally recognized certification and is accepted by the worldwide Yoga Alliance.

Yoga Championship
Yogasana competitions originated hundreds of years ago and are still being conducted there today as a means to inspire yoga practice. With your support, you bring this spirit of healthy competition to the United States of America.

Yoga Alliance Certified
In the Yoga Association USA Yoga Teacher Training, you will deepen your practice and gain the skills needed to teach Yoga. After graduation participants will receive a certification from the International Yoga Association USA Yoga Centers that confirms that they have the knowledge and experience to teach Hatha Yoga, and which qualifies them to apply for Registered Yoga Teacher (200 hour) status from the International Yoga Alliance
